Therefore, we have implemented a refund policy that allows for exchanges of skin care products within 30 days of purchase.

5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. If there is a price difference between the exchanged products, you may be required to pay the additional amount or receive a partial refund if the new product is of lower value.
6. Please note that we do not offer refunds for exchanged products unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

There are certain situations where an exchange may not be possible:
