We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be suitable for your skin type. Therefore, we have implemented a refund policy that allows for exchanges of skin care products within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a skin care product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at panacheskintoyou@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Provide them with your order details and reason for the exchange.
2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
6. Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
7. If the product is deemed eligible for exchange, we will ship out the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that certain items are non-exchangeable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items include:
